on September 29, 2016. Formerly, the My Sister's House Charity Golf Tournament, this tournament was renamed the Hunter Memorial MSH Charity Golf Tournament in memory of one our our biggest supporters, Lori Hunter, who passed away in January 2014 of a long battle with breast cancer. For this reason, a portion of the proceeds will also benefit Susan G. Komen Charlotte whose mission is to save lives and end breast cancer forever. Here is this year's itinerary for this important event:

). This event will include Captain's Choice Tournament Format, Sunrise Continental Breakfast, Southern Comfort Lunch Buffet, Golf Games and Activities to include Prize Raffles, and an Awards Reception following the golf.

My Sister's House Transition Living Center
The Friendship Community Development Corporation’s (FCDC) is committed to ending homelessness in our community. This program offers a 26-bed and permanent, year-round transitional living for homeless women without children. My Sister’s House seeks to strengthen women through counseling, job training and education, as we guide them to a path of self-sufficiency and stablity.
Located in the West End Corridor at 3239 Beatties Ford Road on the Friendship campus, My Sister’s House is operated by the FCDC, a member of the Homeless Services Network in Mecklenburg County. Proceeds from the tournament will support the continuing operation of this effectively proven beacon in our community.
The FCDC serves, facilitates and builds community through sustained human
