2017 Los Angeles Trial Lawyers' Charities Golf Tournament

Please join us for the 2017 Los Angeles Trial Lawyers' Charities 5th Annual Golf Tournament on Monday, October 23, 2017 at El Caballero Country Club in Tarzana, California. 

We will have a great day of golf at El Caballero Country Club's par 71 championship course. Designed by the acclaimed golf course architect Robert Trent Jones, Sr. this challenging track boasts many of his signature elements—tight fairways, gentle doglegs and daunting green-side bunkering on a layout that winds through gentle hills and mature trees.  Recognized as the "Finest course in the Valley" by LA Magazine, El Caballero has hosted numerous US Open qualifying rounds, three LPGA events and many local charity tournaments. Players of all abilities find both challenge and reward on this scenic layout El Caballero's meticulous course conditions, excellent caddies and an all grass practice facility ensure members and their guests experience the most from each round. Voted Southern California’s “Best Country Club” by the LA Daily News.

Registration opens at 8:00 am. Once you have been checked in by our professional staff, you have an opportunity to purchase Mulligan’s from the Charity Angels, take photographs at our step and repeat with our greeters, and then enjoy a deluxe complete buffet breakfast with our 120 golfers. Enjoy a drink from our Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar while participating in the Putting Contest. 

Shotgun start begins at 10:00 am. El Caballero provides one caddy and two golf carts for every foursome.  Enjoy the Robert Trent Jones, Sr. signature elements including tight fairways, challenging doglegs and significant greenside bunkers as you travel in your GPS equipped car. The course winds through elevation changes, lovely mature trees and the gentle El Caballero Creek.  During the day, take a swing at the Closest-to-the-Pin and the Longest Drive contests. Boxed deluxe lunch and a cooler with your favorite drinks are provided with your golf cart.

Following the tournament, join your friends at our Awards and Cocktail party, with heavy passed appetizers and hors d’oeuvres stations and a full bar.

Complimentary valet parking provided throughout the day. Locker room facilities are available including attendant, full use of the locker rooms including showers, steam, sauna, shoe service.

LATLC is proud to provide both financial support and volunteer service to over 60 organizations throughout our community. Since January 1, 2014 LATLC has given back more than $2,500,000 to the community in grants, gifts and goods, including 354,340 pounds of food to the LA Mission, LA Food Bank, Food Bank of Southern California and Delancey Street Foundation, totaling more than 715,000 meals. We also have presented $95,000 in College Scholarships awarded to 27 high school seniors based on academic achievement and need, and $81,000 for the LATLC Youth Sports Program providing direct financial grants to more than 50 organized youth sports groups and public high schools, sponsoring little leagues, softball teams and baseball programs.  We are especially excited that, just last spring we added $166,000 in grants to 25 non-profit organizations and added 11 new partner charities, including PATH.  We could not have done any of this without the contributions of donors like you. Thank you for helping us expand our reach and continue to touch hundreds of thousands of lives in the Los Angeles community.
