The Paul Lensmeyer Golf Outing has been renamed to
the 
Paul & Dale's Hack N' Give Back Golf Outing

With the loss of Ascentra's President and CEO, Dale Owen, the Lensmeyer family felt it was appropriate to include Dale and the Owen family in this golf outing, since Paul and Dale were not just colleagues, but good friends.

In changing this event to honor both Paul and Dale, we couldn't help but recall their love of golf, though it really wasn't about golf, it was about camaraderie, building relationships, having fun, hacking around and raising funds for a good cause. This led us to the new name "Paul & Dale's Hack N' Give Back", which felt like the perfect name for an event that is more about friends, fellowship, and Paul and Dale's memory, than it is about golf! Since we will be celebrating the memory of these two great leaders, this year is bound to be special.

9 a.m. Registration opens

10 a.m. Tournament begins
(Shotgun start, four-person scramble, two-putt maximum)

11 a.m. Lunch (included with registration)

3 p.m. Awards reception begins
(includes food, cash bar, raffle drawing & tournament prizes)

Fun, Fun, Fun - We have some fun surprises and games planned throughout the course, so be ready to enjoy the day and have a blast with us!

Cash - Just a reminder to bring cash for the various opportunities to help the Ascentra Credit Union Foundation. We will have a debit/credit card processor but only at registration and awards ceremony.

THE ASCENTRA CREDIT UNION FOUNDATION STORY:

The ACUF was created in 2015, following Paul Lensmeyer’s unexpected passing to ensure his legacy of making a difference in the lives of our members, staff and the communities we serve lived on.  Since then, the foundation has made a significant impact by awarding more than $543,000 in multi-year commitments and grants to organizations dedicated to economic and social development in their regions.  The
foundation’s primary fundraising event, the Paul Lensmeyer Golf Outing, has raised $125,417.25 to support this cause.
