Please register using the online registration link on this site.  Personal information will be captured and stored on a secure server and credit card information will be purged after billing/donation.

Tournament Day Schedule

Player check-in will begin at 11 am.  You will have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets and other on-the-course opportunities. 

The tournament shotgun start is at 12:30 pm.

Please plan to stay for the awards and raffle prize results that will commence immediately following play.

Attire

Be sure to wear comfortable clothing, so you are ready for action.  Collared shirts and no jeans.  Please make sure that you have soft spikes on your golf shoes.

Tax Exempt Status

Your charity cash / credit transaction for this All Saints' Episcopal Church World Mission Golf Classic event is considered an IRS tax exempt contribution.  All Saints' Episcopal Church is a 501c(3) non-profit organization. 

The receipt you receive from the World Mission Golf Classic will meet all of the IRS requirements as a record of donation.

Question: Do I need a receipt for donations I make?  The IRS does not require receipts for cash donations under $250, but you should keep donation information on file.  Cash contributions of $250 and over require an acknowledgment that must be sent to the IRS with your tax returns.

We encourage you to look at our sponsorship packages.  There are opportunities for every budget and good intention!

Parking

There is ample parking adjacent at the Event location.

Inclement Weather

We will make every effort to play a full round.  If needed, decisions on rain date will be determined at the course.
